Main products of the company at present include: DMF reclamation package for wastewater from wet style PU synthetic leather and film transfer leather processes as well as from pharmacy and food industries, DMF absorption package for waste gas from dry style PU synthetic leather process, and Toluene recovering package for superfine fiber leather production. Hourly Capacities of the serial equipment products are of 0.5 to 20 tons.

        Through years of producing practice, approximate one hundred sets of DMF and DMAC reclaiming package had been established in China.

        Among these packages, the Tri-effect DMF Reclaiming System developed by the company is representing the best level at present on the reclaiming of DMF and DMAC in China. It had been proved that although there are already more than ten sets of tri-effect reclaiming system running in China, our system is on the highest level considering operation stability, energy consumption and quality of products, with extremely remarkable economic benefit.

        The company had focused on research and development of small scale, multi-effective distillation system, realized high efficiency, energy saving, environment protection, on the aspect of many solvents reclaiming, such as Toluene, Butyl ketone and tri-chloro ethylene.

        Toluene recovering package developed independently by us for superfine fiber leather production has been put into service for three years, whose hourly capacity of the relevant serial equipments for Toluene recovery are of 8 to 18 tons.
